Sensuva Announces UPC Code Mislabelling to Customers

The following statement was releases to Sensuva’s wholesale clients by CEO Ron Anderson late yesterday,

Dear Valued Partners,

I hope this letter finds you well. On behalf of the entire team at Sensuva, I want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued support and trust in our products. Your loyalty is the cornerstone of our business, and we truly appreciate your commitment to us.

Recently, we discovered an error in our inventory system that resulted in some incorrect UPC barcodes. This mistake has caused confusion and inconvenience for many of our customers. Please know that we are taking this matter very seriously. We have already begun correcting the affected barcodes and item numbers in our system and are conducting a thorough review to ensure that all products are accurately labeled. Our goal is to prevent such an issue from occurring again in the future.

We understand that your trust is earned through consistent, reliable service, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused you. Our team is working diligently to make things right, and we are committed to restoring your confidence in us.

We are proud to announce that the Sensuva Team has been working hard to add new products to our catalog, as well as a label redesign for many of our existing products. Below, you will find a link that will take you to a complete list of new items, redesigned product images, and updated UPC barcodes, along with a UPC and design image cross reference to help minimize the work in updating your systems.

If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team. We are here to assist you in any way we can. Once again, I thank you for your continued trust and support. We look forward to serving you better in the future.

Warm regards,
Ron Anderson

Below is a link to an excel sheet with all the barcode and product image changes. Very few of the products have updated barcodes. Those that do will have a stirkethrough on the old barcode followed by the new number. Those that don’t will say NO CHANGE. For example, in the group below only VL314-ML has a new barcode. The ML after the item number stands for multi-language. Going forward all Sensuva products will have multiple languages on the packaging.
