Kiiroo recently released a statement to its customers with respect to the ongoing tariff situation. It reads as follows:
“Our Valued Customers,
We at Kiiroo have been closely monitoring the ongoing USA imposed tariff situation in regards to products coming from our China manufacturing facilities.
Until this point, we have not imposed any cost changes or surcharges in order to not disrupt the market further.
While we have and will continue to absorb as much as possible of these import tariffs from our side, we now must make some changes from our end.
Please note that the following surcharges are temporary and are subject to change or complete removal once the current situation is resolved. The tariff situation is fluid, and we will continue to monitor all regulatory changes.
Secondly, as mentioned above, please note that we have absorbed as much of the cost increase as possible.
Thirdly, please note that we have entirely absorbed the extra costs on several products – especially most of the recently launched products in order to not disrupt your new product introductions to your respective customers.
Lastly, we have not changed your margins at all. It is your decision if you want to pass these surcharges to your customers or participate in the cost-sharing of these amounts with them.

The following items are subject to a flat $10 USD surcharge:
