Asian Adult Expo Concludes with Two New Stages Connecting Professional Insights, Wellness and Immersive Experiences

Asia Adult Expo (AAE) Hong Kong 2026, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading B2B trade platforms for the adult products and sexual wellness industry, concluded successfully on August 27 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Held over three days under the theme “TURN ON,” the event brought together more than 330 exhibitors from around the world and close to 15,000 professional buyer visits. Beyond product showcases and business matchmaking, AAE expanded its focus to include sexual wellness, intimate relationships, technology and lifestyle, reflecting the evolving needs and opportunities across Asia-Pacific’s adult wellness and pleasure industry.

The Evolution of Trade Shows
This year’s AAE introduced a new approach to the traditional trade show format. In addition to product showcases and business meetings, the event brought professional insights, wellness discussions and artistic experiences into the exhibition environment through two newly launched signature stages: COME CLOSER and COME PLAY. Together, the two stages explored different dimensions of contemporary intimate wellness and lifestyle, extending AAE beyond products and supply chains to create a broader space for knowledge exchange, cultural dialogue and industry engagement.

COME CLOSER: Professional Perspectives on Intimacy and Wellness
Throughout the exhibition, speakers from sexual wellness, intimate care, psychology and related professional fields shared insights on topics including intimacy in the age of AI, reproductive health and postpartum recovery, as well as quality, safety and comfort in pleasure products. Complementing the product-focused exhibition floor, COME CLOSER provided an opportunity for industry professionals to look beyond products and better understand how changing consumer expectations around health, relationships and lifestyle are shaping new market needs.

Hong Kong as a Gateway Connecting with Global Markets
Business connection remains at the heart of AAE. The exhibition is committed to creating direct and efficient business opportunities among global manufacturers, brands, wholesalers and professional buyers. This year’s Hong Kong edition recorded its strongest performance to date in both on-site business interest and international buyer participation, with close to 15,000 professional buyer visits. Hong Kong’s strategic location and well-established international trade infrastructure continue to provide an important gateway for Asian businesses seeking to expand their global supply chains and reach international markets.
