At the XBIZ Honors and Executive Awards, held at the Avalon Hollywood, COTR Founder and CEO Alicia Sinclair was named ‘Sexpert of the Year’, while Sales Director Kimberly Faubel received the ‘Brave Voice of the Year’ award.
These wins underscore COTR’s ongoing commitment to leadership-driven innovation, education, and advocacy within the sexual wellness sector.
With over 20 years industry experience, Alicia has worked hard to transform how people think about sexual wellness, pleasure, and stigma-free education. A Certified Sex Educator and Sexuality Coach who trained under pioneering sexologist Dr. Patti Britton, Alicia has built a portfolio of brands that address underserved consumer needs while also setting new standards for quality, inclusivity, and design.
Beyond brand development, Alicia has also played a pivotal role in industry advancement, including a collaboration with the U.S. Department of Justice to support communication initiatives with the FBI, as well as leading educational workshops and panels for organizations such as The Pleasure Chest, Babeland, HBO, Soho House and more.
