How they choose to spend that time is completely up to them, but the brand is calling it an ‘O Break’ and encourages their team to use the paid hour to pamper themselves, whether with a cup of tea, a moment of private pleasure (sex toys encouraged!), or to book in that much needed D (or V!) appointment.
