Nominees are selected based on leadership, business acumen, community influence and overall career achievement from a pool of pre-nomination entries submitted by members of the industry. The retail industry edition is set for Jan. 14 in conjunction with Vibe Expo, and the online industry edition is scheduled for Jan. 17 during the XBIZ 2024 conference.
