
Sportsheets® is proud to announce the promotion of Emily Silva to Director of Product & Merchandising.
For the past 18 years, Emily has been an integral part of the Sportsheets® family, making a lasting impact on our company, our customers, and the industry. Throughout her career, she has contributed across nearly every area of the business, including sales, private label development, product development, customer education, retailer training, trade shows, and extensive travel as one of our true road warriors. Her hands-on experience, product knowledge, and customer-first mindset have made her one of our customers’ most trusted partners and a respected leader within our organization and throughout the industry.
Emily brings a unique combination of strategic vision, creativity, product expertise, and nearly two decades of institutional knowledge. Her understanding of our brands, our customers, and the evolving marketplace has helped shape many of the products, collections, and partnerships that define Sportsheets® today.
In her previous role as Product Line Manager, Emily successfully led the development and execution of our branded collections and private label initiatives. As Director of Product & Merchandising, she will oversee Sportsheets’ long-term product strategy, branded collections, private label programs, merchandising initiatives, and product lifecycle management. She will also continue championing our mission of building connection, confidence, and intimate exploration through every product we bring to market.
Emily will report directly to General Manager Donavon Dartez, helping guide the future of Sportsheets’ product organization while building upon the company’s long-standing reputation for innovation. For more than three decades, Sportsheets® has introduced category-defining products that have helped shape the intimate wellness industry. In her new role, Emily will lead the continued evolution of our product portfolio while preserving the creativity, quality, and innovation that have become hallmarks of the Sportsheets® brand.
Working alongside Executive Vice President of Sales Kelly Sofferman, Emily will help ensure our product roadmap continues to align with customer insights, emerging market opportunities, and long-term business growth.
