Odin Novelties Updates Wholesale Policy


Odin Novelties has updated its Wholesale Warranty & Returns Policy, effective immediately. These updates are designed to simplify the claims process and create a smoother experience for both retailers and customers. Please note the following changes below:

1) Faster In-Store Exchanges

Retailers are now responsible for handling defective product exchanges directly with customers at store level. If the same item is unavailable, retailers may:

• Offer a similar item of equal or lesser value
• Offer store credit

Defective products generally do not need to be returned to Odin Novelties.

2) Wholesale Credits

To receive a wholesale credit, Odin Novelties may request:

• Video or photo proof of defect
• Packaging photos for shipping damage claims
• Shipment approval/signature confirmation when applicable

Approved claims will be credited at wholesale value toward future orders.

3) Odin Extended Warranty

Odin branded electrical products continue to include a one-time replacement warranty covering manufacturer defects within 1 year of purchase.
